Hi Guys!
I know we haven't been doing much as a group so far, we are still in the process of making necessary changes to our group. One of the biggest changes I decided to make was to the gallery folders, since there are quite a staggering number of them around. We will categorize them into much easier folders so it won't be such a daunting task to find the folder you need to submit to.
The folders will be:
1. Evening Wear
2. Day Wear
3. Bridal Wear
4. Costume Design/ Futuristic
5. Fashion Illustrations
6. Accessories (Shoes and handbags included)
7. Fashion Photography
8. Miscellaneous
9. Ready to Wear
For all our members who have already submitted some of their works, we are very sorry for the inconvenience, and if you would like to re-post your previous designs, you can do so. Sorry again!
We will inform you if there are further changes to be made!

DGC October - Animal Instincts
Hey Guys,
I'm so sorry we did not have last month's (September) DGC, I deeply regret it to all those who were looking forward to participating in it!
Now, for our first DGC winner!

For her beautiful entry - Moon and Stars, which was based on the element of 'Space'.
I personally think it was a beautiful design, capturing the essence of the word 'space' very nicely. The deep blue color showed 'space' clearly and was a dominant part of the dress. The little star strap on the shoulder was a very cute finish to the dress. I especially liked the drapery on the torso of the dress.

DGC August - 'Elemental Enigma'
Hey there, guys!
I have to say, I'm so sorry that the latest DGC didn't go so well with nobody being able to submit their work - I regret all the confusion that's been going on!
This time I will create a folder for you to submit your DGC entries to so there will hopefully be no confusion.
Also, for those who did last month's DGC, which was the 'LRD', you can submit your work to the 'Featured' folder and I will put them up. Unfortunately, there will probably be no prizes for last month's DGC due to all the confusion.

DGC July - The LRD
So here we are with our first contest, and here's the theme:
'The LRD'
I'm pretty sure you all know what the LBD is (Little Black Dress), but have you heard of the LRD? Well, that's the 'Little Red Dress' and that's the theme for this month!
We want you to create a funky, but classy design for the LRD this month!
Rules
1. The design must be a majorly red dress.
2. It must be a 'little' dress, meaning 'short'.
3. Try to make the design clear and presentable.
4. Please remember to write 'DGC July' as your title, along with a title that you would like for the design.
5. All designs must be submitted to the DGC gallery folder.

Monthly Design Competitions!
Hi once again, Guys!
I have decided that we should have monthly contests - I, for one, really enjoy the contests hosted by groups for fashion design, so I thought having contests would be fun!
We will start each contest at the beginning of the month and end them by the last day of that month (eg. from July 1st - July 31st). I really don't know about prizes yet, but I can tell you that you will definitely get:
*1st Prize*
1. Your winning design will be featured on Divine-Gowns for an entire month.
2. You will get a full-color illustration of your choice from myself or another deviant.
3. Lots of comments and faves of your various works.
